What is the way to deal with a female jinn that possesses the wife and prevents the husband from approaching her, after the failure of treatment with the Qur’an, and the husband’s refusal to seek help from a charlatan?

It is not permissible to go to sorcerers and soothsayers and believe them, even to undo magic (sihr). The cure lies in lawful means, such as Ruqyah Ash-Shar'iyyah (Islamic incantations), reciting Surat Al-Baqarah, Al-Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas), Adhkar (remembrance of Allah), Du'a (supplication), and seeking forgiveness. An-Nushrah, which is the undoing of magic from the bewitched person, is of two types: the reprehensible kind, which is undoing magic with similar magic, and this is from the work of Satan; and the permissible, rather desirable, kind, which is undoing magic with Ruqyah, seeking refuge [with Allah], and permissible medicines.
