Is what the Sheikh said true, that admiring communists as a ruling methodology—and not as a belief—is considered disbelief (kufr), and does that entail the obligation to clarify the matter to whoever has fallen into that, then abandon them, even if it is the sister's husband?

"The ruling on people as disbelievers is serious and is the prerogative of judges and scholars. It is necessary to ascertain the reason for a person's admiration of communists. If the aspects of their admiration contradict the Sharia, then it should be explained to them that Allah's ruling is the best and it is not permissible to rule otherwise. However, if their admiration pertains to matters already included in the Sharia, then it should be clarified to them that we do not need to import ideas that are already present in our law. One should be gentle with the ignorant, teach them, and advise them, and avoid rushing to declare people disbelievers."
