Is it permissible for a girl to carry a knife, a stun gun, or an electric baton to defend herself against harassment, especially in situations of security breakdown?

If a man attempts to rape a woman, she must repel him with all her might. She is not permitted to surrender to him, even if she fears for herself, because it is forbidden for her to submit to someone who intends to commit adultery with her. If she kills him in self-defense, there is no blame upon her, just as a woman did who killed a man who intended to rape her, and Umar said, "By Allah, no blood money shall ever be paid for him." Defending oneself and preserving one's chastity from indecency is more important than defending one's wealth. Along with the obligation of self-defense, a woman must uphold the limits set by Allah, her hijab, and her modesty, and avoid situations of suspicion and temptation. This serves as a protection for her from being exposed to such incidents.
