The answer

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings, as per the verse: {And if he has siblings, his mother shall have one-sixth}. What remains after the mother's share goes to the full siblings by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as per the verse: {And if they be siblings, men and women, then for the male is the share of two females}. The half-sister from the father receives nothing, as she is excluded by the full siblings. It is, however, commendable to give her something, as per the verse: {And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the division [of inheritance], then provide for them from it}. The inheritance is divided into 42 shares: the mother receives seven shares, the full brother ten shares, and the full sister five shares.
