What is precocious puberty? And what is its ruling in the religion?

Early puberty is puberty that occurs at an early and unusual age due to certain diseases. Scholars have determined the minimum age for puberty. For males, according to the Maliki and Shafi'i schools, puberty is upon completing 9 lunar years. According to the Hanafi school, it is 12 years, and according to the Hanbali school, it is 10 years. As for females, puberty is at 9 lunar years according to the Hanafi, Shafi'i, and Hanbali schools, because that is the earliest age a woman can menstruate. If puberty occurs before its time, it is not considered valid Islamically; therefore, the emission of semen before the age of 9 years is not given any consideration.
