"Her paternal uncle being your foster brother does not make the girl forbidden to you. Rather, she would be forbidden to you if you had been suckled by someone from whom this girl would be forbidden to you due to fosterage, such as her mother, grandmother, or sister. Therefore, it is necessary to specify from whom you were suckled in order to answer you accurately."
