Is it permissible for a married woman to pray while wearing perfume for her husband at home, knowing that the scent of the perfume does not disappear with Wudu’ (ablution), and is she obligated to perform Ghusl (ritual bath) to remove the scent from her body before going out, even if the scent does not show after wearing the abaya and khimar (head covering)?

The prayer of a woman who wears perfume is valid, unless the perfume prevents water from reaching the organs of purification, or if it contains alcohol, in which case it must be removed. As for a woman going out perfumed without the scent spreading, there is no harm in it, because what is forbidden is the spreading of a pleasant scent that could tempt men.
