What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a non-married woman claiming treatment at the expense of the state in America due to her inability to bear the costs of private treatment, when in reality she is married and has not been blessed with a child after a year and a half of marriage?

Allah has forbidden lying, and a severe warning has been given in the Quran and Sunnah to those who lie, as Allah Almighty says: "Then we would earnestly pray and invoke the curse of Allah upon those who lie," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "And indeed, lying leads to immorality, and indeed, immorality leads to the Fire." An exception to this is necessity, from which destruction or extreme hardship is feared, as Allah Almighty says: "And He has certainly explained to you in detail what He has forbidden to you, excepting that to which you are compelled." Based on this, lying and deception are not permissible unless there is a necessity that cannot be avoided except by lying.
