Is it obligatory to denounce a father who mistreats his wife and refuses to grant her citizenship, thereby exposing her and his family to danger, and is it permissible to object to him? And who is more deserving of companionship and obedience: the divorced disbelieving mother or the Muslim father? And is obedience to the mother obligatory in worldly matters, or obedience to the father?

1. The father's injustice towards his wife must be denounced with wisdom and good counsel.

2. It is impermissible to acquire the nationality of a disbelieving state for worldly gains, as it involves outwardly taking the disbelievers as allies.

3. Allah Almighty has obligated children to honor their parents and treat them well in word and deed, even if they are disbelievers who call to disbelief, except in polytheism (shirk). The mother takes precedence over the father in honor and obedience, unless this conflicts with the ability to openly practice the rituals of religion.
