Is Friday Prayer obligatory for women, and how does a woman pray it alone at home to gain its reward?

Scholars agree that Friday prayer is not obligatory for women, and they pray Dhuhr, four rak'ahs, in their homes on Friday, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) hadith which exempts women from the obligation of Friday prayer. The wisdom behind this is the preference for women not to attend gatherings of men. However, if a woman adheres to the শরعي (Islamic legal) conditions for going out, there is no harm in her attending Friday prayer at the mosque, and it suffices for her Dhuhr prayer. As for praying Friday prayer at home, whether individually or in congregation, it is not valid because it was legislated to be performed in congregation and in one place. It is better for a woman to pray Dhuhr in her home.
