Does triple divorce occur from an enraged person who swore by the Qur'an to that effect, despite his severe regret?

Anger does not prevent a divorce from occurring as long as the person is aware of what he is saying. If a man utters a divorce while he is unaware, it does not occur. But if he is aware, it does occur. And if he divorces her three times, she becomes irrevocably separated from him. As for one who swears falsely by the Mushaf (Qur’an), he must repent. Some scholars are of the view that he must also offer expiation for breaking an oath. No divorce occurs through this oath.
