What is the punishment for a person who consumes usury on the Day of Resurrection if they are uneducated and uncultured, but are diligent in their prayers and encourage their family to be so, and have performed Hajj and Umrah?

The punishment for consuming usury is established, regardless of one's educational or cultural level, unless one is ignorant of its prohibition. In that case, the preponderant opinion is that there is no sin upon them for consuming it then, but they are sinful for their negligence in learning the rulings of their religion.
