As for the acts of worship that a pregnant woman can engage in, they are all daily acts of worship such as prayer and fasting (unless she fears harm), charity, reciting the Qur'an, remembrances (), benevolence, and visiting relatives, in addition to learning sound parenting methods.
There are no specific rituals or remembrances for a pregnant woman in the Shariah. Some hadiths that mention special rewards for pregnancy and childbirth are fabricated and false hadiths.
