Is it permissible to return to one's husband after the issuance of a divorce decree that contains inaccurate dates and events, and the occurrence of a conditional divorce due to insulting the family, which indeed happened, followed by the husband taking back his wife, and then another divorce occurring after the waiting period ended?

If the divorce decree is issued by the Sharia court, there is no objection to it. If the enquirer has reservations, she should refer to the court. Islamic law has placed divorce in the hand of the husband. If he pronounces it, it takes effect, and the wife's knowledge is not a condition. Even if he pronounces it falsely, it takes effect judicially and religiously according to the Hanbalis. The husband's statement to his wife: "If you do such and such, consider yourself divorced" is a metaphorical expression (kinayah), and divorce occurs with it if the husband intends it. As for his statement to his wife: "You are divorced" after her waiting period has ended, nothing results from it because she has already become irrevocably separated from him.
