What is the ruling on helping a non-mahram man find a job or a source of lawful income, whether with his knowledge or without his knowledge, with the intention of him becoming a life partner in the future?
Extending a helping hand and providing benefit to a Muslim—whether they are in a state of ihram or not, and whether they know about it or not—is permissible and a righteous deed beloved by Allah, for which the doer will be rewarded, provided they purify their intention and have good aims, and there is no suspicion or fear of fitna. If there is suspicion or fear of fitna between a man and a woman, then it becomes incumbent upon them to avoid the causes of fitna and places of suspicion.
