Is it permissible to inflict the hadd punishment upon someone who has been subjected to the act of sodomy, based on his desire to rid himself of his psychological suffering (fear, shame, cowardice, deviancy)? And is it permissible for the one subjected to the act to marry the sister of the perpetrator, while concealing the matter from her father, who possesses similar characteristics and suffers from sin and deviancy, knowing that the one subjected to the act contemplates killing the perpetrator due to his anger, and is undergoing severe psychological pressure and has suicidal ideations?

Thinking about killing is not a solution; rather, it is an escape. The solution lies in returning to one's natural inclination (fitra), abandoning perversion, and fleeing to Allah. Indeed, He accepts those who repent and forgives their sins, as Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" (Quran 39:53). To succeed in repentance, distance yourself from places of temptation and individuals involved in this abominable act. Instead, turn to what benefits you, such as studying, and humbly supplicate to Allah to avert evil and indecency from you.
