It is not permissible to take anything from the natural eyebrow hair unless it becomes excessively long and extends beyond its natural limit, such that it becomes harmful or disfiguring. In such a case, it is permissible to remove what has become long and exceeded the natural length, so that it returns to its usual state. However, if the length is normal and not disfiguring, it is not permissible to cut it.
