Is it legislated and recommended to make up for missed temporary and restricted supererogatory prayers?

"Whoever enters the mosque at the time of the Iqamah for prayer, the obligatory prayer takes the place of the 'Tahiyyat al-Masjid' (greeting of the mosque prayer), and it is not prescribed to make it up. As for performing voluntary prayers at home, it is desirable and the best of supererogatory prayers, and it is not prescribed to make it up unless it is from the regular Sunnah prayers."
