A Muslim should seek open doors and alternative paths when one door closes before them. If France prohibits the in public schools, then Muslim women should study in private schools, and Muslims should encourage schools that do not restrict religious freedom and establish their own private schools. Furthermore, whoever is not compelled to stay in France and can emigrate to another country where they can openly practice their religion, then they should do so. Muslims must be patient and pious, and Allah will grant them relief and a way out. As for the verse mentioned, it has no relation to the topic, as it came in the context of Allah's gratitude towards the Children of Israel for saving them from Pharaoh's people.
