Is it permissible to invite people to God using everyday language while preserving the sanctity of God, or is there a specific way to supplicate?

There is no harm for a Muslim to supplicate with any prayers he wishes that express his needs, though it is preferable to supplicate with thentraditional, transmitted prayers. He can combine the transmitted and non-transmitted prayers in a way that suits his situation and needs, for supplication is broad as long as he does not pray for a sin or for the cutting of kinship ties. The important thing is that he supplicates with a present heart, desiring and fearing, humbly before Allah, hoping for His mercy and bounty, neither transgressing nor despairing nor striving for rhymed prose.
