Is it permissible for a veiled woman to remove her headscarf in front of her paternal uncle through rada'a (nursing)?

The man mentioned is considered one of the woman's mahrams (unmarriageable kin), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "What is forbidden by lineage is forbidden by suckling." The Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded Aisha to grant permission to Aflah, her paternal uncle through suckling.
