How can one locate and extract magic (sihr) from a house?
The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was informed of the location of the magic through divine revelation.
As for us, the location of magic can be known in two ways: 1. Supplication, searching, and investigating its location. 2. Visions and dreams, whereby Allah reveals the location of the magic to the afflicted person in their sleep.
Some healers can also know the location of the magic by questioning the jinn that speaks through the possessed person, provided that the healer has religious knowledge and experience, and the questioning is for the purpose of testing, not absolute belief, and in accordance with what is dictated by necessity and legitimate interest without corruption.
