Does an employee who wears long trousers that cover the ankles, due to the nature of his work, fall under the warning of the hadith: "What is below the ankles is in the Fire"?

Isbal (letting clothes hang below the ankles) applies to shirts, trousers, and other garments. It is forbidden for employees and others unless there is a necessity. If a worker is compelled to wear it, and it is deemed absolutely forbidden, then he must leave his job, unless his leaving would result in a necessity considered legitimate by Islamic law. In such a case, he may remain while searching for another job and adhering to Islamic law. However, according to the view that isbal is only forbidden if done out of arrogance, then there is no blame upon him for remaining in his job, and the disfavor (of wearing it) is removed due to necessity.
