Is a mother considered an apostate for preventing her son from taking a paper with the name of Allah written on it from a dumpster, and for saying: "All that's left is for us to collect people's trash"?

The name of Majesty (Allah) must be respected and glorified, and not subjected to degradation, based on the Almighty's saying: "And whoever honors the sacred rites of Allah - it is better for him in the sight of his Lord," and His saying: "That [is so]. And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts." The mother's words do not amount to disbelief (kufr) because she did not intend to degrade the name of Majesty. Scholars have stated that if a person utters words that could be interpreted as disbelief or otherwise, they are not to be judged as a disbeliever unless they intended disbelief. Furthermore, if a person utters words of disbelief, they are not immediately considered a disbeliever; rather, proof must be established against them.
