Do the son's brothers have the right to claim their inheritance from the company's new branch, which is headed by their brother?

If a man grants his share in a new branch to one of his sons without a legitimate Shar'i reason, then the grant is impermissible and invalid. He must give his other children the equivalent of what he gave to this son, or reclaim what he granted him. If he fails to do so until his death, his share in this branch becomes part of the inheritance due to the heirs.
