Are the sons of a brother inherited from the father if one of them dies before the deceased?

If the heirs are limited to the paternal nephews (sons of the full or paternal brother), they are entitled to the entire inheritance, because they are 'asabah by themselves and there is no Ashab al-Furud (recipients of fixed shares) or closer 'asabah with them. The inheritance is to be divided into five shares, with each nephew receiving one share. The son of a brother who passed away before the deceased does not inherit. The questioner is advised to refer the matter to the Sharia courts to investigate the heirs, wills, and debts, as these take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
