Is it obligatory to tell a girl before marriage about the presence of premature ejaculation, and does this issue disappear after marriage?

Legally, there is no obligation to inform a woman about premature ejaculation before marriage, as it is not considered one of the defects that invalidate a marriage contract. This issue can be treated by consulting specialized doctors, in addition to supplicating and asking Allah for well-being, as evidenced by the verse: "Is not He who responds to the distressed one when he calls upon Him and removes evil, and makes you inheritors of the earth? Is there any god with Allah? Little do you remember!"
