I suffer from premature ejaculation, even though I am 47 years old?

Premature ejaculation in the husband contradicts conjugal relations according to what is good and right (bil-ma'ruf). The husband must ensure his wife's chastity and be keen on her enjoyment of intercourse, based on the Almighty's saying: "And due to them [wives] is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable" (Quran 2:228), and on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "When one of you has intercourse with his wife, he should be truthful with her. If he satisfies his need but she has not satisfied hers, he should not rush her." He must therefore take the necessary steps to achieve this, such as consulting a doctor or using treatment.
