Is a wife allowed to refuse to sleep with her husband due to her not enjoying intercourse with him as a result of his premature ejaculation?

A wife is not permitted to refuse her husband's bed without a valid Sharia-compliant reason. The husband's premature ejaculation is not a justification for the wife's refusal. The husband should strive to please his wife, and if his premature ejaculation is due to an illness, he must seek treatment for it.
