What is the ruling regarding a wife who dislikes sexual intercourse and performs it reluctantly, and what should the husband do to deal with his desires in this situation?

Sexual intercourse is a shared right between spouses. If the wife refuses to come to bed without a valid excuse, she is disobedient and rebellious (nashiz). She is not permitted to refuse due to lack of desire; rather, the causes must be investigated and treated (organic, psychological, evil eye, or magic through ruqya shar'iyya). If treatment is not possible, the husband has the choice of marrying another woman if he is capable of providing for her and being just, or divorcing her, or patiently enduring her while avoiding arousal stimulants like fasting.
