Is the Hadith: "Give glad tidings to the fornicator of the ruin of his house, even if after a while" authentic, and what is meant by "house" in it?

The narration, "with the ruin of his house," has not been reported. The circulated narration, "Give glad tidings to the killer of being killed, even if after a while, and give glad tidings to the fornicator of poverty, even if after a while," is not authentic. The following Hadith suffices: "Whenever usury and fornication become widespread in a people, they have brought upon themselves the punishment of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic." In another narration: "When usury and fornication appear in a village, Allah permits its destruction."
