Is the following a Hadith narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Dwell in cities, even if they are unjust"?

The person who attributed this statement to a Hadith has not been found. Rather, it was found in Tafsir Ruh al-Bayan, under the section "Spiritual Destruction," as the saying: "Take the long road, even if it winds; marry a

virgin, even if she is scorned; and dwell in cities, even if they are oppressive." The books of Takhrij have judged the first two phrases to be fabricated or denied that they are a Hadith.
