Is the Hadith, "There is no tiyarah, and tiyarah is upon the one who practices it. If there is anything [of ill omen], it is in the dwelling, the horse, and the woman," musnad or da'if?

Ibn Hibban narrated the hadith "There is no 'Adwa (transference of disease without contagion) nor Tiyara (evil omen), and evil omen is only in three things: the horse, the woman, and the house," with its wording and chain of narration, and others also mentioned it. The agreed-upon wording in the Two Sahihs (Bukhari and Muslim) is "There is no 'Adwa nor Tiyara, and evil omen is only in three things: the horse, the woman, and the house." As for the addition "and the evil omen is upon the one who believes in it," there is doubt about its authenticity, due to its narration from Utbah ibn Humayd, who is disputed among scholars, some considering him "truthful with delusions" and others "weak." Al-Mazari and Ibn Abd al-Barr explained the meaning of "and the evil omen is upon the one who believes in it" as implying that its sin falls upon the one who acts upon it after the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade it.
