What is the interpretation of the Hadith: "There is no contagion and no evil omen, and indeed evil omens are in three: in the horse, the woman, and the dwelling"?

The meaning of the inquired-about Hadith is that if an ill omen (tiyarah) were ever to be true, it would be in a runaway horse or one that cannot be ridden for jihad; or in a sharp-tongued woman or one who invites suspicion; or in a cramped house or one with a bad neighbor. The intent behind this is to emphatically negate the validity of ill omens and contagion.
