This statement is false and indicates ignorance, for the will of Allah is not an excuse to abandon acts of obedience. Allah has commanded aiding the distressed and assisting the needy, and He has condemned those who their duty. He has made neglecting to feed the poor one of the reasons for entering Hellfire. Wealth belongs to Allah, and the one who makes this statement resembles those about whom Allah said: "Should we feed one whom, if Allah had willed, He would have fed?"
