Does one get a reward for filling water bottles and distributing them with the intention that the drinker will be rewarded, and for the reward of feeding a fasting person if he breaks his fast with it, and the reward of the pre-dawn meal for whoever partakes of it?

Providing water is considered the best form of charity, as narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and An-Nasa'i that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The best charity is providing water." This was interpreted as carrying water to those in need when they are absent, and providing it to them when they are present. It is hoped that whoever fills water bottles for people will fall under this hadith, and they will receive the reward for helping people fast if they use it for suhoor, or the reward for breaking a fasting person's fast, even if it's just with a sip of water.
