Is it permissible not to pause at the word "هي" (hiya) in verse 67 of Surat Al-Baqarah, despite the presence of the letter "ج" (jeem) above it, due to our feeling that not pausing might not convey the meaning?

Stopping at the word "هي" (hiya) in Allah Almighty’s statement: [They said, "Call upon your Lord for us to make clear to us what it is"] (Al-Baqarah: 68) is permissible and is indicated by the letter (ج) in the Qur'anic Mushafs because the meaning is complete with it, which is their question to Musa (peace be upon him) about the description of the cow.
