Has any statement been reported from trustworthy scholars regarding Ibn Tufail's philosophical book "Hayy ibn Yaqdhan"?

Ibn Tufail, the author of the treatise "Hayy ibn Yaqzan," was described by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah as an atheist. It was also mentioned that he criticized Abu Hamid for adhering to the religion of Islam and for conforming to the Qur’an and Sunnah. Therefore, it is not advisable to read this book, nor any other books by philosophers, as they may lead to misguidance. It is preferable to engage in seeking beneficial knowledge.
