What is entailed for one who completed Tawaf and Sa'i while impure, after revoking the intention of Ihram out of embarrassment to inform family, and does that have an effect on subsequent Umrahs?

The majority of scholars hold that purity is a condition for the validity of the tawaf. Thus, whoever performs tawaf while not in a state of purity, their ihram remains valid, and their second ihram is null and void. As for the prohibitions they committed out of ignorance, there is no penalty upon them. Some scholars, however, hold that purity is not a condition but rather an obligation or a Sunnah, which implies that the validity of the tawaf is not affected by the breaking of purity. The fatwa follows the view of the majority, but whoever adopts the other opinion is permitted to do so.
