The answer

There is no harm in using a Visa card if it is free from the following prohibitions: requiring interest or a penalty for late payment, charging issuance fees for an uncovered card that exceed the actual cost, taking a percentage on withdrawal transactions if the Visa is uncovered (and anything exceeding the actual fee is usury), purchasing gold, silver, and currencies with it, and the seller adding the percentage requested by the bank to the buyer without the buyer's knowledge.
