What is the ruling on marrying a foster sister to a blood brother?

One who has been suckled five full feedings from milk resulting from a man's cohabitation becomes his daughter, and his brothers become her paternal uncles. Therefore, she is not permissible for her paternal uncle through suckling. The evidence for this is the narration of Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) when Aflah, the brother of Abu Al-Quays, sought permission to enter upon her. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) informed her that he was her paternal uncle through suckling and that she should grant him permission.
