How much is the share of each heir from the two sons and one daughter?

If the deceased leaves behind only a daughter and two sons, then their inheritance is distributed by ta'sib (agnatic succession), with the male receiving the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The inheritance is thus divided into five shares: the daughter receives one share, and each son receives two shares. We caution that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation to ensure there are no other heirs, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
