"Hud and its sisters have made me gray" - What are Hud's sister surahs?

The Hadith narrated by Abu Ishaq al-Subai'i, from Ikrimah, from Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace be upon him), has a broken and weak chain of narration between Ikrimah and Abu Bakr.

Although there are other versions of the Hadith, critical scholars have preferred the aforementioned version and considered others to be errors on the part of the narrators.

The Hadith was deemed weak by Imam al-Daraqutni, Ibn Hajar, and al-Sakhawi.

Even if the Hadith were to be authenticated, the "sisters" of Surah Hud, which are mentioned in the Hadith as having caused the Prophet (peace be upon him) to become gray, are: Al-Waqi'ah (The Event), Al-Mursalat (The Emissaries), An-Naba' (The Great News), and At-Takwir (The Overthrowing).

Some scholars have mentioned additions in certain narrations, such as: Al-Haqqah (The Inevitable), Al-Ghashiyah (The Overwhelming Event), Al-Qari'ah (The Striking Calamity), Al-Ma'arij (The Ascending Stairways), and Al-Qamar (The Moon).

The meaning of "sisters of Hud" refers to the surahs that mention the horrors of the Day of Judgment and punishment, which cause worry and sorrow.
