Is one sinful for delaying the Maghrib prayer and combining it with the Isha prayer as a qasr (shortened) prayer, by taqdeem (advancing it), then performing it in full?

Maghrib prayer is sufficient if performed by combining prayers, even after its preferred time, due to an excuse. As for Ishā prayer, it is invalid for a resident if shortened, as shortening prayers requires traveling a specific distance after passing the houses of the village. Repeating Maghrib prayer without a reason is disliked, whereas repeating Ishā prayer in a shortened form is insufficient. It is valid if repeated in full after its time has begun, knowing that Maghrib prayer is never shortened.
