How can the Maghrib and Isha prayers be combined as a delayed combination (jam' ta'khir) during travel when arriving before the Isha adhan?

The traveler prays Maghrib only if he reaches his country of residence before the time for Isha enters and he has not prayed it, because the travel, which is the reason for the concession of combining prayers, has ended. Each prayer must then be prayed at its designated time, for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a book [i.e., obligation] of specified times."
