Is it permissible to pray wearing the niqab or gloves?

A woman's prayer while veiled (niqāb) is disliked with a mild (tanzīhī) dislike, which does not invalidate the prayer. However, if she needs to cover her face due to the presence of non-mahram men, then it is not disliked. As for covering the hands with gloves, some scholars deem it obligatory, while others permit it.
