Is it considered an injustice to the wife to divorce her based on her request after she fled the home, and is she entitled to claim her rights in this case?

If a wife leaves her home without a legitimate Shar'i reason, she is disobedient and rebellious (nashiz). She does not have the right to seek divorce without a Shar'i reason, and her taking such a step confirms her disobedience (nushuz).

Divorce is permissible if there is a need for it, but it is not advisable to rush into it. Rather, it is hoped that wisdom will be sought, and a remedy will be looked for, along with the arbitration of wise individuals.

The husband may hold his disobedient (nashiz) wife (i'dal) so that she may ransom herself from him with money and forfeit some or all of her rights.
