Is there anything incumbent upon me as a result of entering into Ihram with the intention of performing Umrah, then being prevented from going and removing the Ihram garments, knowing that I offered a third sacrifice at the time of the Aqiqah with the intention of compensating for anything that might be binding upon me?

Whoever enters into a state of ihram for a ritual is obligated to complete it, and it is not permissible to abandon it, based on the words of Allah Almighty: ("And complete the Hajj and 'Umrah for Allah"). You erred by obeying your mother in abandoning the ihram, for "there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator." You are still in a state of ihram, and you must remove your clothes, don your ihram garments, and proceed to complete the ritual.

Regarding the prohibitions you committed: As for those that were for luxury (like wearing tailored clothes and perfume), there is nothing upon you for them due to ignorance. As for those that involved destruction (like shaving and clipping nails), for each type of prohibition, you owe a fidyah (expiation) (fasting, charity, or sacrifice). If it was repeated, only one fidyah is required. Sexual intercourse invalidates the ritual, except for someone who is ignorant or forgetful, as is your case. A marriage contract entered into while in a state of ihram is not valid according to the majority of scholars, and you must re-contract the marriage with its conditions. The previous contract is considered a dubious contract, which removes the hadd punishment and sin from you, and your children from it are legally attributed to you.
