What is the ruling on the fast of someone who broke it upon the adhan of his mosque, and must he make up the past days in which he doubts the validity of his breaking the fast, and what is required of him in the coming days?

If the muezzin of the neighborhood mosque is trustworthy and knowledgeable of the times, then it is permissible to break the fast immediately upon hearing his adhan, and the fast is valid. He can be relied upon in the future for breaking and commencing the fast. However, if he is not trustworthy and calls the adhan based on a clock without verifying its accuracy, then his adhan is not to be considered. Doubt about the validity of the fast after its completion does not affect it and does not necessitate making it up. If the muezzin calls the adhan before the time has entered, one must wait until certain that the sun has set.
