Is it permissible to spend on the university education of the deceased brother's daughters, given that their pension is sufficient for their daily living expenses?

Spending on needy relatives for necessities or essential needs is a righteous deed for which the one who spends will be rewarded if he intends it for the sake of Allah. Spending on a relative is considered both charity and an act of maintaining kinship ties, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Charity given to the poor is a single charity, but charity given to a relative is two-fold: charity and an act of maintaining kinship ties." Based on this, it is permissible to spend money on the education of the deceased brother's daughters, even if they have enough for their daily needs. This act brings reward, recompense, and strengthens kinship ties.
